Shopping:

Returns – Feet of my People will gladly replace your item if the sale date was within the last 30 days and if the product arrived with any holes, stains, or manufacturing defects. If the print is clearly off center, if we printed the wrong image or if you were sent the wrong garment, size or color. Please follow these instructions for an exchange: Take a photo of the problem – If the problem is print size, please use a ruler. Send an email with the subject line “Order # “YourOrderNumber” Replacement Request” to contact@feetofmypeople.com. Please include the following:

The photo(s)
A specific description of the issue
The Order Number
If there are multiple products in an order, identifying the product with the issue

Shipping:

Below are our shipping options:
Domestic Shipping: Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
Canada Shipping: USPS International 1st Class (5-12+ business days)
International Shipping: We will ship USPS First Class to just about anywhere our customers are located. Tracking is only available when the package is in the United States. We are not responsible for lost packages or delays due to customs which may be a few days to a few weeks.

Artists:

Does everyone who submits a design get their artwork accepted? Unfortunately we cannot accept every design we receive but we encourage you to submit another design if your first one wasn’t accepted.

Why wouldn’t my design get accepted? We may not accept a design for a few different reasons;
If we currently have too many designs on the site, if your design does not properly represent Feet of my People, or if your design does not fall into the printing guidelines.

Will you let me know the reason you don’t accept my design? Yes, we will send you an email to let you know if your design has or hasn’t been accepted. If it hasn’t been accepted, we will let you know the reason why.

Can I submit more than one design at a time? No, we will only accept one design at a time but if that design doesn’t get accepted, you may submit another design. If you have a design that is being sold on the site and want to submit a second design, you may do so 30 days after your 1st design was added to the site.

How do are profits shared? Every time a shirt with your design on it is purchased, you receive 10% of the sale price. If the shirt is sold for $30, your profit is $3.

If the organization that I want 10% of profits from my design to be donated to isn’t on your list, can I still have them be my supported organization? Yes. We are never against donating money to a great organization as long as we vet the organization first and make sure they are spending their donations in the right places.
